
Dr. Betty Morris
Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Director of Academics
Dr. Betty Morris has been an educator at GAC since 1988. She has taught all levels of math — from Elementary to AP Statistics. She was the Chair of the Math Community for 7 years. She holds an B.S. in Mathematics Education from Southern Arkansas University and a M.A. in Educational Leadership from UGA. In 2002, she completed a Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from UGA. She has served as the Dean of Girls in High School, Academic Dean in High School, and now serves as the K-12 Curriculum and Instruction Dean For GAC. She lives in Buford, GA and is a member of the North Atlanta Church of Christ. She enjoys great movies, traveling with family and friends, and relaxing at home with family and pets.
