Requirement for Dual Credit: Minimum PSAT content test score of 480/EBRW. Students must maintain a minimum grade average of 80 in the previous Social Science course.
This course is defined as a study of the American political system with emphasis on our federal government. Reading, discussion, research, critical thinking, critical listening, and thoughtful writing are skills enhanced in the class. Some colleges require a government course for admission. Government is required for the Georgia Scholar award. Students have the opportunity to earn dual credit for this class by completing additional requirements as determined by the course instructor and in accordance with criteria from Colorado Christian University.
